Customs and Border Protection (CBP) – Remote Video Surveillance System (RVSS) Program Contractor Managed Logistics Support (CMLS) and O-Level Maintenance Program

Supporting General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) in the sustainment of over 120 RVSS sites in Southern Arizona, Texas and California. SKSG provides warehousing and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of post deployment Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) of the Integrated Logistics Support System (ILSS) for the RVSS Program. SKSG services include both Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) of the RVSS Tower sites and providing and staffing an office/warehouse facility for the camera, radio, communication, and other equipment that make up the RVSS Sensor Suites.

SKSG also provides personnel with CBP Background Investigation (BI) clearances to meet the required staffing support levels necessary to monitor the Network Operations Center (NOC)/Security Operations Center (SOC). SKSG personnel assigned to NOC/SOC support activities utilize the NOC/SOC system and other Government systems to monitor the health and status of the RVSS system, identify and troubleshoot problems, and initiate and monitor trouble-ticket issuance.

SKSG continually sustains all systems and has performed on this program since 2014.
